The project proposes an urban form composed of two buildings located on the boundaries of the plot. The interior space generated between the two buildings defines a large garden, the real heart of the project. The physical and visual relationship with this common space has affected all major design decisions, from the landscaping of the site and the choice of the type of plant species until the architectural aspects such as the typology of the apartments and the treatment of the façades.
The project provides 65 (33+32) apartments. LLA standards are applied to all units. The project allows for its realization in two phases, but is conceived as a single entity favoring exchanges and mixing. All independent and public activities are located on the ground floor and are accessible from the perimiter of the site. Access to housing and common areas occurs from the garden. A car park of 60 vehicles is located under the garden.
